Política de reembolso

 

We hope you'll love and treasure our products forever, but if you need to return them, here's what you need to know.

Our policy lasts 30 days from delivery. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase was delivered, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. Our Gift Cards are also exempt from being returned.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase and for the item to be sent back to us. You should mail your product to: PO Box 5128, Moreland West, VIC 3055.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. If the item is in the original condition, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment.

 

If something arrives damaged?

We try our absolute best to make sure our products arrive in perfect condition from us to you. On the occasion that an item is defective or damaged we will exchange it for the same item at no cost. Please send us an email at hello@smallfires.co as soon as you receive it, or within 7 days, and we'll get you sorted.
