All orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email - though we try where possible to dispatch on the same day. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped. 

 

 

Australian Shipping 

We offer a flat rate standard shipping fee of $8.50, or $15.50 for express post, for all orders. We also offer free standard shipping for orders over $100. All parcels are packed plastic-free and transported carbon-neutrally from our door to yours. Magic!

 

 

International Shipping 

We offer worldwide shipping via our shipping partner, Sendle and offer a flat-rate standard shipping rate of $30.00. This is tracked and transported carbon-neutrally door-to-door.

 

How do I check the status of my order?

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available. 

If you haven’t received your order within 10 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email (for domestic orders) please contact us at hello@smallfires.co with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.

For international orders, please allow a little longer, as our parcels have a long way to travel. We once tracked down a package in Lagos, Nigeria in the peak of Christmas (with the help of a very kind postal worker) - so know we are always here to help investigate where in the world your order might be!
